Denver Family Mission Trip – June 2017

Mission Trip ‘officially begins’ at 3:00pm Sunday, June 18
Mission Trip ‘officially over’ after dinner on Friday, June 23

What We Will Be Doing

Hosting Afternoon Soccer Camp, June 19-23
Grade School through Middle School children
Preparing, Serving Dinner (following Soccer Camp for campers)

Breakfast: complimentary hot breakfast provided by hotel
Lunch: on your own each day
Supper: provided by Calvary Baptist M-F after camp
Second Supper/Snacks: the hotel offers heavy appetizers every night

Cost varies by travel and by number in party.  Cost includes expenses incurred by Bartlett Baptist Church..

March 1: Deposit
$250 per person if flying
$100 per person if driving

April 15: 2nd payment
$200 per person if flying
$75 per person if driving

June 4: Balance Due
