The Mess of Mankind Part 1
God created mankind in His image to know Him, to be like Him, and to work for Him in the perfect world He created. As we look around our world it is easy to see just how far we have fallen from God’s creation intention. But how did all this happen? What caused the mess? Well, Genesis 3 is the part of the story that answers those questions. It explains how God’s creation intention was disrupted, how man’s relationship with God was fractured, how mankind fell, and it explains the horrific consequences of that fall. But it also provides a teaser of grace to come. It also serves as a warning to us today to avoid the mess by trusting and obeying God.
